Digital Aspect provides the written content and licensed stock images for all social media posts.

We recommend and include custom branding for the images. This creative is kept simple, and within what can be expected from basic Canva design capabilities. This includes the use of your company logo and colors, and featured captions in matching font where possible.

Our basic plans do not include creating custom videos. However, video editing services are available. Our team will gladly post any photos or videos you provide for the campaign.

What type of social media posts are included?

Our posting service is meant for maintenance and continued activity. They can include images, GIFs and industry specific trending news. These include branded images and he use of your images and videos where provided. This service is perfect for any industry/client that wants to keep their social media pages up-to-date with quality content on a monthly basis.

Can I post content to my social channels concurrently?

Yes! You can post while we’re posting, and this is encouraged. It is recommended that you stay in touch with your Account Manager regarding the schedule and nature of your posts so that our campaigns can be coordinated.

When does the work begin on my social media campaign?

Work on social media posts can begin right away, as long as the Digital Aspect social media team has all the necessary information. We will first confirm that the onboarding document is filled out. Afterwards, we make sure that we have access to all the social media channels. If for some reason we are missing access to anything, we will reach out to you. If there are any delays in the work from the time the services are purchased, you will be owed those posts and we will be able to supplement them for you as soon as the work proceeds.

Can Digital Aspect create the social media profiles for me?

Yes! If you are subscribed to our monthly posting service, we will gladly help create and connect any new social channel for the campaign.

If you would like our team to create channels for you to post to, this is also available as a separate service we call Social Channel. creation & Optimization. Please contact us to go over details of what you need.

What is the expected timeline to receive my posts each month?

Our team will draft your posts and send it for your approval near the end of the month. Once the post drafts are sent, you will have 5 business days to approve or request any edits. If we do not hear back from you after 5 business days, the scheduled content will go out as-is.

What social media platforms does Digital Aspect post on?

Currently, Digital Aspect mainly posts to five different social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn and Google Business profile.

It is also possible to set up customized plans with posts to Pinterest and TikTok.

If I want to suggest my own content, when do I need to submit it?

If you have content suggestions or specific photos you would like us to use, please submit them to your Account Manager over email before the end of the billing period. This way they can be used in the following month's content.

Can I pick what social channels get posted to?

Yes! You can select a certain number of social media channels for us to post to. The simplest configuration is deciding what channels you would like posted to and keeping this the same throughout the campaign.

You can choose from Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile. And in some cases, we can post to Pinterest and TikTok as well.

Will I be able to see posts for approval before posting?

Yes! Social media posts will be sent to you for approval before they are posted. You may opt to have us post without approval if you would like.

Will Digital Aspect answer comments and direct messages on my social channels?

Our social media services do not include the engagement part of the social media business development process. We help by providing software to make this quick and easy, and we can generate branded content for you to let everyone know you your services are available. Beyond this, the personal steps needed to respond to leads and nurture business are a matter best handled by resident members of your team.

What happens if I cancel the social posting service?

If the social media postings service is cancelled, you will receive whatever is owed for that billing cycle. Work will stop being fulfilled only after the end of the billing cycle. If for some reason there are other posts that were late/pending and were never sent out, you are still owed those posts and it will be the posting team’s duty to make sure you receive everything that is owed for those months of active service.
