Credits are automatically applied to usage as it occurs. If your activity exceeds the monthly credit allowance, additional usage is billed at the rates listed below.
Usage-Based Fees
Some Keystone features are billed on actual usage in addition to your subscription. These include things like sending emails or texts, making phone calls, using AI tools, and other automations. Below is a simple breakdown of our current usage rates along with examples of what you receive for approximately $10 of usage.
For clients with consistently high usage, we also offer flat-rate options with unlimited access to certain services. If your usage grows to the point where a flat rate would be more cost-effective, we’ll proactively let you know and recommend the best option.
Rates are subject to change if our underlying providers update their pricing, but we’ll always keep this page current.

Billing & Rollover Policy

Wallet & Auto-Recharge System
Keystone uses a wallet system to manage usage-based services like email, SMS, phone calls, and AI. Here’s how it works:
- Each account has a wallet balance that covers usage-based fees.
- When you send a message, place a call, or use AI, the cost is deducted from your wallet.
- If your wallet balance drops below a set threshold, the system will automatically recharge your wallet by charging your card on file. This ensures you don’t run into service interruptions.
- If your usage grows significantly, the recharge amount may be adjusted automatically to reduce the number of small, frequent charges.
On your end, charges will appear as wallet refills, not individual line-item transactions for each text, email, or call. This keeps billing simple and predictable.
